Service Description

A total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to build cardiovascular fitness while improving strength, building lean muscle and maximizing calorie burn! Get ready to push!! Class formats will vary: HIIT, pyramids, circuits, 100's, AMRAP, Tabata, etc... Equipment: body weight, free weights, step, Bosu, skipping rope, etc..
