Service Description

With focus and form, movement, function and core, this class will work all muscle groups with a variety of strengthening and conditioning exercises. Training formats will include circuits, reps and sets with compound and stationary exercises designed to break down and build muscles! Followed by dynamic and static stretching for a complete workout. a pure power hour!! Equipment: body weight, free weights, weighted bar, step, Bosu, etc...
