Service Description

The Lift Foundation Series welcomes all fitness levels. The goal is to build a strong foundation by breaking down the base strength movements: squat, lunge, dead lift, push up, chest press, row, to make sure you are educated on how to move properly and safely while increasing overall strength. The Lift sessions are a great introduction to strength training and gives alternatives for non-impact exercises but will also continue to challenge beginner to intermediate fitness levels. Class will consist of strength training circuits, core work and a full body stretch.
