Service Description
Compound lifting, a term word to describe a style of training that integrates movement that stress multiple muscle groups at one time. Example: Squat this assists in overall strength development, efficiency and muscle Growth. Compound exercises and functional exercises are foundational and serve as a base builders. These exercises include: squat, deadlift, chest press, shoulder press, and push up. Class Design: - Super set exercise blocks -exercises are reps and sets -class program- exercises remain the same for six weeks -focus on form, controlled lifts and core stability -body weight, dumbbells, bands, barbells and benches
